This is a seven-day operation; weekends and evenings are part of regular work schedule.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • You will operate in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • You will delegate, manage and organize projects and establish priorities consistent with company objectives
  • You will ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality 
  • You will implement direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • You will maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
  • You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire foodservice team
  • You will foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the department with the facility plan of operations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A BS degree preferred
  • Have a least 2 years hotel, restaurant or foodservice management experience
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, share information with all staff
  • Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
  • Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
