The Associate Analyst, Business Transformation role could be the right fit for you at Salesforce! We are currently looking for high-energy, driven, high potential talent with an interest and/or background of project management, building solutions, packaging programs, and support a the medium to longer term business objectives of the programs team.

The ideal candidate has an analytical mind and strong organizational skills and will execute on solutions that are both repeatable and scalable. This role will work closely with the Sales Programs team and act as a shared service to address ad hoc support requests while working closely with the Business Transformation on execution of new projects, programs, and initiatives.

This role combines the creative process of assisting in the design of prescriptive programs and strategies, with the "business end" of helping to operationalize these programs and packaging for the Sales Programs team to implement across multiple business segments and geographies in AMER.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Background of project management
  • Ability to assist in the design of programs and strategies, and "operationalizing" them for trackability and scale
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Programs Team
  • Skilled in Salesforce reporting and/or excel
  • Skilled in content building and assist in developing executive level presentations
  • Operational rigor and track record of project and program execution
  • Build, maintain, update and optimize critical dashboards in Salesforce.com for key business stakeholders in marketing and sales
  • Build, maintain, update and optimize program playbook and handbook content. Keeping all content and decks up to date for the broader team to leverage

Responsibilities:

As part of of the Business Transformation Team you will assist in collecting data to analyze existing business operations and strategy and help identify ways to streamline, scale, and execute. You will assist in the design and package scalable and repeatable sales programs that drive results across multiple business units and geographies in the US. Ultimately helping to deliver business projects and programs to be used both internally for the team and externally across the business. You will be a part of the shared services team and execute on the shared service request while working with the transformational programs and technology team to help streamline business processes for repeatability and scale going forward.

Required Experience:

1+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, or Sales Operations. Experience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs. Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.)

Desired Experience:
Experience designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong references required.
