DevOps Tool Pipeline Integration Architect (10+ years)2 Month(s)Folsom, CA or Houston, TX or Portland, ORNote: Please donot submit Junior profiles.Job Description: Own overall tool pipeline integration architecture, including its direction, its principles, its various levels of abstraction, and its current state. Drive its information hierarchy and structures, domains of responsibility, key technologies. Work closely with the team for each area of the tool pipeline to create a shared vision for each area's architecture and how the pieces fit together. Iteratively evolve the tool pipeline architecture based on discoveries made while "peeling the onion", real-world implementation experience, product feedback, roadmap priorities, and other realities. Create effective communication vehicles for the tool pipeline architecture targeted at a spectrum of audiences and needs, external and internal. Architect not only the long-term state but also the path to get there, accounting for near-term product deliverables, technical debt, and the maturity and likely evolution of relevant technologies. Evaluate new technologies and stay current with a broad range industry trends Define and evangelize the Architecture artifacts and processes that support Reference Architectures, SDLC, Governance with the internal development teams, IT, Partners.Required Skills: Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Github, Teamcity, etc.) Proven experience with SOA, design patterns, web services technologies, APIs, DevOps Tools, and UI design. Expert understanding of "Cloud Architectures" (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the ability to address the unique considerations of Cloud computing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate and apply influence across various levels of senior business and technical leadership.
