Offshore Engineering / Pipeline Project Manager 8 tools ▼ Send resume to: RHARPER @ GLOBALAMS .US Client in Houston Area who is looking for Pipeline Project Manager with Offshore Eng exp. ? 10 to 15 years Work Experience ? We are looking for experienced Engineers that have worked on offshore pipeline projects from the permitting phase, design phase, construction phase through the final commissioning phase. With Emphasis on the commissioning of new construction pipelines including hydrostatic testing, dewatering, and drying with a working knowledge of water treatment chemicals and their application. The position would also require experience with the abandonment and decommissioning of existing pipelines. Overseas experience would be beneficial. ? Candidate must be able to work with current clients and must be able to generate job proposals, develop engineering budgets, develop installed cost estimates, work with multi-discipline design team, prepare weekly project status reports, update biweekly backlog reports and manage project requirements. This individual should have good understanding of industry design practices; project planning and cost control requirements and procurement procedures.
