WorleyParsons is a leading provider of professional

services to the resources & energy sectors and complex

process industries. The US and Latin America/Caribbean

region of WorleyParsons has an immediate opening for an

Offshore Pipeline Engineer for assignment to several

booked pipeline projects in this region.

The projects

are generally in shallow water (< 10 ft), and the

assignment requires the candidate to perform pipeline

design, with potential to serve as a lead pipeline

engineer, or as a project engineer.

Requirements:

Degreed engineer with 10 -15 years relevant technical

and project related experience in the design,

procurement and construction of offshore pipelines,

risers, spools, etc.

Requires familiarity with industry codes & standards

(API, ANSI 31.4/31. 8, DNV). Experience in bottom

stability, end stress /thermal analysis, lay stresses,

span analysis, and riser design is required. Project

management experience and a strong desire to train

younger engineers are also pluses.

Limited travel in the

region will be required from time to time. Valid

passport is required. PE license (by exam) is preferred.
