Pipeline Controller(Praxair), Array

Title: Pipeline ControllerLocation: TX-HoustonThe Pipeline Business Center Controller is responsible for monitoring hundreds of miles of hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen pipeline 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year. The Southern Region relies on the Pipeline Controller to maintain pressure and flow within contract specifications with zero (0) interruptions to over 100 customers.

In addition the Pipeline Controller is responsible for providing accurate daily forecasts of sales to South Region Management, forecasting power consumption 24 hours ahead of demand using this forecast and responding to ALL emergency calls that come in at any hour.

This is a communications intensive position that requires excellent verbal skills. Dress is business casual in a corporate environment. Customers, potential customers and fellow emplyees routinely tour the Pipeline Business Center. Travel is minimal (One day trip per quarter).

Some holidays and weekends will be required. Relocation Assistance will not be provided. This position is subject to Department of Transportation Regulations. Random drug screens are required. Bachelor's DegreeOperations experience is beneficial.
