Develop, implement and execute Pipeline Direct Assessment Programs in accordance with DOT 192 and 195 requirements, NACE standards and recent industry recommended practices. ? Initiate, evaluate and assess new Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), such as Long Range Guide Wave Technique ( LRGWT ) including C-Scan, Guide Wave technologies, to assess during the IMP program. ? Act as a technical consultant to client while advising IMP program process improvement. ? Act as a department liaison to NACE and code regulators to bring new codes and standards to the company. ? Prepare IMP technical proposals and DA technical presentations. ? Manage and supervise ICDA and ECDA programs to assess client?s liquid and gas transmission pipelines. Prepare and monitor deliverables, budgets and schedules. ? Supervise ECDA and ICDA field crews to perform Pipeline Current Mapping (PCM), Alternate Current Voltage Gradient ( ACVG ), Current Voltage Gradient ( DCVG ), Close Interval Survey (CIS), LRGWT , critical angle, etc. testing on liquid and gas pipelines. ? Assess and evaluate performance and safety issues of filed crews and third party contractors. ? Perform comparative evaluation of IMP vendors involving side-by-side comparisons. Summarize results into a report including recommendations. Requirements: ? 8- 10 years of pipeline integrity experience and maintenance of pipelines? Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Materials)? Experience in coordination of pipeline integrity assessments, preparing IMP technical proposals and DA technical presentations? Experience in management and supervision of ICDA and ECDA programs to assess client?s liquid and gas transmission pipelines? Experience preparing and monitoring deliverables, budgets and schedules? Willing to work in different types of projects related to pipeline integrity? Willingness to travel based on project needs? Excellent and effective communication skills are a must?
