p SKW Enterprise Solutions (SKWESI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc., (SKW) is seeking a Project Manager to work from our Tulsa, Oklahoma office in our Pipeline Integrity Division Inspection Services Department on natural gas and liquid pipeline projects. This position is responsible for leading a team during pipeline feasibility and retrofit projects, in-line inspection (ILI) tool runs, and various pipeline integrity driven design, testing, and installation tasks. /p p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p p The Project Manager within our Pipeline integrity Inspection Services department will be responsible for: /p ul li Managing the field operations and day to day activates involved with pipeline integrity inspection projects. /li li Work closely with operations control, safety, 3 sup rd /sup party contractors and construction to schedule project activities. /li li Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. /li li Maintain schedules coordinating tasks between multiple vendors. /li li Provide technical support during all phases of the project. May include performing tasks in the field unrelated to project management. /li li Review and properly manage all incoming project data from vendors. Request revisions when necessary. /li li Technical knowledge and practical working experience in cathodic protection, pipeline operations and maintenance, ILI tool running, integrity assessment methods, defect assessment and repair methods. /li li Work closely with clients/vendors in preparing AFEs, job plans, work plans, PO requests, material requisitions, budgeting, monthly forecasting and accruals. /li /ul p strong Minimum Requirements: /strong /p ul li 6+ years of experience as project manager and/or corrosion specialist /li li Excellent communications skills and computer skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel. /li li NACE CP Technician certification or equivalent work experience /li li Knowledge of corrosion behaviors as well as a fundamental understanding of Cathodic Protection. /li li Knowledge of compliance requirements regarding oil and gas assessments. /li li Design and construction knowledge with regard to ILI tools and the parameters that limit the application of various tools. /li li Experience performing corrosion assessments, flow calculations, cathodic protection testing, coating assessments. /li li Ability to follow testing procedures, document findings and communicate technical details. /li li Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. /li li Solid Knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to create tracking and reporting documentation with minimal instructions. /li li Ability to travel, and work in the field when applicable. /li /ul p strong Preferred Requirements: /strong /p ul li Bachelors Mechanical Engineering /li li Pipeline Integrity Management experience, Part 192 / Part 195. /li li 10+ years experience in responsible charge with natural gas and/or liquid pipeline projects. /li li Understanding of cathodic protection behavior, in-direct assessment techniques including ECDA and direct examination tests. /li li Data management: ability to track incoming data, organize deliverables, instruct employees of additional data needed, and create progress reports. /li li Desire to mentor, train, instruct and build a team of motivated technicians to deliver quality deliverables in a safe and efficient manner. /li li Knowledge of GIS, CAD, MS Office Suite, MS Projects, GPS Pathfinder and/or equivalent tools. /li li Ability to promote synergy between the clients goals and SKWs solutions. /li li Excellent personnel management capacity. /li /ul
