Senior Pipeline Engineer

Global engineering company with focus on the oil and gas industry has an opportunity for a senior Pipeline Design Engineer in their Calgary, AB office. This position will be responsible for working as part of a design team to complete conceptual and detailed design of horizontal directional drills in Canada.

Activities may include site layout, soils evaluation, drill path identification, construction support and other design duties such as line sizing, crossings, buoyancy, cost estimating, preparation of specifications. Qualifications:

Familiarity with the requirements of CSA Z662( This Design Standard covers the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas industry pipeline systems that convey oil and gas, oilfield water, etc)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant pipeline and HDD design experience

Eligible for registration with APEGGA (PE).
