SR PIPELINE / PIPING ENGINEER

? A recognized degree in Mechanical/Piping Engg

? Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in

? Design, specification, selection of components (incl line pipe, valves, fittings, speciality items, expansion loops, risers, flexibles like umbilicals and hoses) for both onshore and offshore marine oil and gas production facilities

? Detailed engineering for installation of onshore ?buried or above ground and offshore pipelines (CS and CRA-Duplex/SS material) including preparation /review of pipeline engineering deliverables ?design basis memorandum, criteria, design calculations, on-bottom stability analysis ,offshore/onshore installation analysis ,flexibility/stress analysis, survey ,IFC layout/routing /alignment drawings and MTO. ? Detailed engineering for installation of in-plant piping( CS and CRA-Duplex/SS for onshore gas plants as well as offshore platforms including preparation /review of piping engineering deliverables ?design basis memorandum, criteria, design calculations, flexibility/stress analysis, IFC plans/sections/isometric drawings and MTO. ? Familiarity with industry standard software for offshore /onshore piping and pipeline design/analysis(eg AGA, CAESAR II, OFFPIPE , ORCAFLEX , FLEXCOM or equivalent). Familiarity with applicable codes ANSI B31. 3, B31.8,B31. 4 and local Indonesian statutory ( MIGAS )regulations /practices as wells as third party certification authority approvals. ? The position is Jakarta office based. However, candidate must be willing to work in the field as the job dictates. Candidates must be fluent in English(both spoken and written), have thorough knowledge of applicable industry design codes and standards (APIs, ANSI s,etc) ,proficient in the use of relevant software on PC and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates with past experience in working for a EPC Contractor and/or an Oil and Gas E&P Operator in Indonesia will be preferred. Familiarity with statutory regulations is mandatory. Candidates are required to develop cost effective engineering solutions that can be implemented within the approved budget and planned schedule with minimal plant downtime.
