Title: Technical Solutions Consultant II EVA Storage (Pipeline)Location: New Mexico - Rio RanchoJOB DESCRIPTIONT his position is responsible for delivering remote storage customer support in a manner that establishes HP as the premier networked storage support provider. Also, provides support for storage and SAN products in complex configurations and is responsible for call logging, entitling, documenting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and using elevation and escalation processes when appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS::

• Strong PC Hardware knowledge - Hard drives, Controllers, SCSI , Fibre
• Microsoft Operating Systems knowledge - NT, Win2k, Win2k3
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in the English language
• Troubleshooting/Problem solving skillsDesired but not mandatory:

• Knowledge of HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools
• Server/Networking knowledge
• Additional Operating System knowledge - HPUX , Linux, Tru64, MPE, Netware
• Previous Customer Service and Support experience
• Knowledge of Data Storage, Storage devices (Hard Drives) and Raid Levels.
