Job Description
As the manager of that team, you will be responsible:
- to help the career growth of your team members, and live up the Workday culture
- to define and manage the priorities of the team
- to keep up to date on the latest AWS services and their potential impact for the team and our Dev customers
- to communicate and represent the team with our stakeholders (Dev, QA, Training, etc)
- to keep in touch with the Development org future strategy, and understand its impact on your team, and your impact on it.
- plan strategically for the team's services so they keep scaling and adding value in the coming years
You are the right candidate for this job if you:
* think as we and not as I
* have experience in people management with teams spread on multiple locations
* have experience with AWS services (ec2, ebs, VPC, EFS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation,...)
* have experience in automating development processes (build, or test, or deployment)
* have a real interest in making your customers experience better (aka, help them focus on what they do best by building up automated services they can consume seamlessly)
* experience hiring the right candidates for the right job
